Lots of Everton fans have been left buzzing as AS have reported that transfer target Isco has asked to leave Real Madrid.

As per the news outlet, the Spain international has apparently made his intentions clear that he wants to leave Zinedine Zidane’s team in the January transfer window, and that he will be allowed to if the offer is right.

Indeed, Isco has been heavily linked with a reunion with his old boss in Carlo Ancelotti at Goodison Park, although the Italian has recently played down these rumours.

Nonetheless, the 28-year old would certainly be an upgrade on Gylfi Sigurdsson in the central attacking midfield position for the Toffees, given that he has averaged more passes at a higher success rate than the Iceland international in their respective domestic leagues so far in the 2020.21 term (Whoscored).

وقال جوناثان بواتو في تصريحات تلفزيونية بفضائية “أون تايم سبورتس 2” عبر برنامج “جمهور التالتة”: “سعداء لأننا كنا نواجه مصر أكبر فريق وواحد من أكبر المنتخبات في قارة إفريقيا”.

وأضاف: “نسعد بأننا ننافس هذا الفريق وتفوقنا على المنتخب المصري في الشوط الأول، وسجلوا الهدف الأول واستطاعوا أن يعودوا في اللقاء”.

وواصل: “تكريم لاعب أنجولا في بداية المباراة كان قرار المدير الفني ونحن ننفذ ما يطلبه وهذا أمر يخص المدرب، ولم يكن الهدف منه أن نسبب حالة من عدم الاستقرار للفريق المصري، أو نصدر لمصر أنها مباراة احتفالية ولكنه قرار المدرب فقط ولم يكن له أي أبعاد أخرى”.

وعن نقاط ضعف منتخب مصر، تحدث جوناثان: “واجهنا مصر مرتين والمستوى لم يكن مختلفًا، سمحوا لنا كثيرًا أن نمرر الكرة في وسط الملعب، ولم يضغطوا علينا وهذا ما فعلناه، كما فعلنا في المباراة الأولى”.

واستكمل: “نحن لاعبون جيدون، نستطيع السيطرة على الكرة في وسط الملعب، وربما كانت هذه إحدى نقاط الضعف التي رأيتها في المباراتين، لم يضغطوا علينا وتركوا مساحات كبيرة لنا”.

واستطرد: “نقاط القوة في منتخب مصر، البناء ونوعية اللاعبين الذين يحدثون الفارق ويجعلون مصر متفوقة، ويستطيعون تغيير النتيجة بشكل سهل وسريع بوجود لاعبين أو ثلاثة”.

وأكد: “نعلم بالتأكيد أن محمد صلاح واحد من أفضل لاعبي العالم في الوقت الحالي، ويلعب بأداء طيب جدًا وكنا نعلم أنه لا يجب علينا أن نترك له مساحات، واستطعنا غلق المساحات، ونغلق تحركه على القدم اليسرى تحديدًا”.

وعلق قائد منتخب أنجولا على واقعة الاعتداء على كارلوس كيروش المدير الفني لمنتخب مصر: “كنت بعيدًا عن هذه الواقعة ولم أعرف ما حدث، جئت من بعيد وكان هناك فوضى وبعض الدفع والصياح، حاولت أن أسيطر على الموقف قدر الإمكان، ورأيت كيروش غاضبًا جدًا وبعض اللاعبين المصريين وكان هناك الكثير من الفوضى ولا أعرف من الذي بدأ هذا الموقف”.

وواصل: “نزول المشجعين للملعب لالتقاط الصور مع محمد صلاح! عندما نرى ميسى ورونالدو فتذهب لكي تلتقط صورة معهما، ومحمد صلاح واحد من أفضل لاعبي العالم ولا يأتي لـ انجولا كل يوم، كانت فرصة طيبة والمشجعون كانوا حريصين على التقاط الصورة معه لأنه لاعب من نوعيه خاصة”.

واختتم: “المنتخبات الخمسة التي أتوقع أن تتأهل لكأس العالم هي الجزائر والسنغال والمغرب ونيجيريا ومصر”.

You only have to look at how badly both Wesley Moraes and Mbwana Sammatta struggled at Villa last season to know why a move for David was a major gamble.

The former has scored only five league goals following a 13-goal campaign with Club Brugge whilst the latter has already been moved on after just one strike for Leeds’ Midlands rivals. He had bagged over 30 goals for Genk across two seasons prior to his PL move.

Now we’re seeing similar with the Canadian international.

David has delivered just one goal in 958 minutes of action (all competitions) for the Ligue 1 outfit and that is hugely surprising given his form in Belgium and previous comments lauding his ability.

His former boss, Hein Vanhaezebrouck, once dubbed him “a phenomenon” and claimed that David was “the best player in the country,” adding: “He will be the most expensive outgoing transfer from Gent. They would happily sell him for £25m or more.”

He may only be 20. but clearly, his raw experience is holding him back, and that’s not something Leeds could’ve given him time to resolve as they will be wanting to stay in the top-flight at all costs.

Plus they have enjoyed Patrick Bamford’s red-hot form thus far, so there’s no guarantee that he would’ve even featured much.

The Whites can count their lucky stars that they didn’t successfully splash the cash on David this summer.

Glasgow Rangers winger Jordan Jones is arguably at a crossroads in his career.

The 26-year-old has hardly featured at all for Steven Gerrard’s side so far this season as he finds himself on the fringes of the first-team squad.

This is a player who was expected to have a big impact at Ibrox, a fully-fledged Northern Irish international who has won nine caps for his country, but he was recently dropped by Northern Ireland boss Ian Baraclough after breaching Covid-19 rules.

Given his age, he still has plenty of time left to grow and improve as a player, yet he is almost certainly going to be sold by Ross Wilson when the winter transfer window opens in January.

Jones has made just three appearances in the Scottish Premiership this season as he was suspended by Rangers along with George Edmundson during an internal investigation into the incident, before they were hit with a seven-match ban by the SFA on top of the initial suspension, which has ruled him out of action for an extended period of time.

Gerrard has made his feelings about the matter pretty clear, having said he was “really disappointed” by their actions in an interview with Rangers TV (as quoted by The Daily Record), although he has also insisted that they can rescue their careers at the club.

But his latest comments have done very little to hide from the fact that Jones has often found himself on the outside looking in, as he has been left on the bench as an unused substitute for a large part of the season so far, whilst he has only played 184 minutes of first-team football in total.

Valued at a mere £540k via Transfermarkt, Wilson should be looking to cash in on the outcast whilst he still can, as his market value is only going to decrease the longer that he is left on the bench.

Former Aberdeen striker Noel Whelan seems to agree, as he told Football Insider: “He won’t play for Rangers again. I just don’t see it.

“He wasn’t in the team much anyway, so he wasn’t doing enough in training and behind the scenes to convince Steven Gerrard.

“Now, he’s broken the rules and broken the trust of his manager, there’s surely no way back for him at Rangers.”

Despite his obvious struggles, with just one goal and two assists in 19 games for the Gers in all competitions, Jones has attracted interest from clubs south of the border, as English Championship clubs Middlesbrough, QPR and Preston North End were all credited with an interest in signing him in the summer after he was deemed surplus to requirements by Gerrard.

Rangers were keen to sign Preston versatile midfielder Daniel Johnson in the summer, so it’s within the realm of possibility that the Lilywhites might be interested in some sort of swap deal involving the Northern Irishman as a paperweight.

If he continues to be benched by the Ibrox boss, then Wilson will surely have no other option than to sanction a transfer for the £9,100-per-week winger, as he could use the funds generated by his potential departure to invest in further additions to Gerrard’s squad.

Patón tinha como objetivo conhecer um pouco da realidade são-paulina, da política do clube e das características do elenco, referências que Osorio não pôde ter. – De Lugano não falou, porque não trabalhou com ele. Só avisei que Diego voltaria ao São Paulo e ele ficou feliz, porque sabia o que representa o jogador para a o clube. ​Se uma das ressalvas de Juan Carlos Osorio sobre Diego Lugano tinha a ver com o fato de seu time atuar muito adiantado, Edgardo Bauza não tem o mesmo temor.Nos treinos táticos e coletivos aplicados até o momento pelo treinador argentino no CT da Barra Funda, uma das cobranças mais comuns é para que a linha defensiva não fique parada e avance, como Osorio fazia.

Na última quinta-feira, por exemplo, durante o jogo-treino contra o Juventus, os titulares ganharam uma falta na intermediária defensiva e Bauza ordenou que Denis a cobrasse. Ao ver o volante Hudson e o lateral-direito Bruno na mesma linha do goleiro na defesa, o técnico se irritou e gritou para que eles saíssem para o ataque para não atrair os rivais.

Já no sábado, em treino tático, Bauza utilizou uma fita para demarcar no gramado a posição onde os defensores deveriam ficar. O método foi adotado para melhorar a compactação da equipe, justamente um dos pontos fracos da temporada passada.Ao mesmo tempo em que pede a zaga adiantada, Bauza teme que os volantes subam demais para marcar e ultrapassem os meias.

Manchester City travel to Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon hoping to pick up all three points against an out-of-sorts Manchester United side in the derby.

Pep Guardiola’s side rounded off their Champions League group stage campaign with a comfortable 3-0 win against Marseille in midweek but will have to be at their best if they are going to pick up a win against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.

The Norweigan manager has seen his United side win the past three Premier League meetings against City, so will be confident, despite a disappointing start to the season.

The Red Devils were also dumped out of the Champions League in midweek after suffering a 3-2 defeat against RB Leipzig, so may be low on confidence for Saturday’s game.

Considering a number of first-team players were rested for City’s game against the French side on Wednesday, it seems likely that Guardiola will ring the changes for the trip to Old Trafford.

Here’s how we expect the Spanish manager to line his side up on Saturday, with eight changes from the side that started against Marseille…

Ederson reclaims his place in between the sticks, with Zack Steffen having made his Champions League debut for the Citizens in midweek.

There’s three changes in the defence, as just Kyle Walker keeps his place, whilst John Stones and Ruben Dias will be hoping to continue their strong run of recent form, which has helped Guardiola’s side to eight clean sheets in their last 10 games in all competitions.

Earlier this season, Guardiola claimed that Aymeric Laporte was “the best left central defender in the world” but considering the recent partnership of Stones and Dias, there is no place for the Frenchman in the derby.

Meanwhile, Joao Cancelo returns at left-back, as whilst Benjamin Mendy has impressed in recent games, the Portuguese defender is slightly more reliable defensively, in what will undoubtedly be a tough game against United’s frontline.

Ilkay Gundogan looks as if he might miss out after going off injured against Marseille, so Guardiola will continue with Fernandinho in midfield, alongside Rodri, who should hopefully have recovered from the knock that kept him out in midweek.

Unsurprisingly, Kevin De Bruyne returns to the starting side, whilst Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus replace Bernardo Silva and Ferran Torres in the City attack.

It will be interesting to see how Guardiola lines his side up at Old Trafford, but three points is arguably a must if City want to keep pace with the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool at the top of the table.

الأهلي نجح في الفوز على المقاولون العرب بهدف نظيف في المباراة التي أقيمت على استاد الأهلي وي السلام بالجولة الرابعة من المسابقة المحلية.
