Qualquer time que tenha se qualificado para a fase de grupos da competição continental, já garantiu 3 milhões de dólares (R$ 15,5 milhões), que são referentes ao prêmio de 1 milhão de dólares (R$ 5,16 milhões) por cada uma das três partidas como mandante.

Sendo assim, todos os 32 clubes que estiveram na etapa de grupos do torneio levaram R$ 15,5 milhões, incluindo os eliminados. No entanto, aqueles 16 que foram para as oitavas de final levaram, cada um, 1,05 milhão de dólares (R$ 5,41 milhões), o que engordou os cofres dos classificados para o mata-mata em quase R$ 21 milhões.

Com a classificação dos times para as quartas de final da Liberta, cada um embolsou 1,5 milhão de dólares (R$ 7,7 milhões). Sendo assim, esses clubes que atingiram as quartas e iniciaram a disputa da competição na fase de grupos, acumularam 5,55 milhões de dólares (R$ 28,6 milhões), uma grana alta mesmo para quem foi eliminado.

Como a premiação aumenta gradativamente, aqueles que chegaram na semifinal, como é o caso do Palmeiras, arrecadam mais 2 milhões de dólares (R$ 10,3 milhões), ou seja, mesmo que o Verdão seja eliminado, levará para casa quase R$ 39 milhões acumulados.

O clube que chegar na final já levará, pelo menos, 6 milhões de dólares (R$ 30,9 milhões), que é o prêmio dado ao vice-campeão. Já o campeão ficará com 16 milhões de dólares (R$ 82,5 milhões). O valor é um milhão de dólares (R$ 5,16 milhões) maior do que aquele oferecido na edição de 2021, conquistada pelo próprio Palmeiras.

Dessa forma, se o Verdão conquistar o tricampeonato consecutivo, ele embolsará uma premiação de 23,55 milhões de dólares (R$ 121,4 milhões). O valor em real, evidentemente, vai variar de acordo com a cotação do dólar na época em que o pagamento for realizado.

Manchester City have submitted a massive £92.5 million bid to sign an “exceptional” young player to replace Kevin De Bruyne, according to a new report.

De Bruyne has, over the last decade, arguably been Manchester City’s and the Premier League’s standout player. His time at the Etihad Stadium, however, now appears to be drawing to a close, with the Belgium international, 33, widely expected to leave the club at the end of the season when his contract expires.

Subject to a mega-money offer from an unnamed Saudi Arabian club last summer, it’s believed that clubs from the Saudi Pro League will once again be vying for his signature in a few months’ time, hoping that he can follow in the footsteps of many of Europe’s former superstars like Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

A move to Major League Soccer could also be on the cards, with the division’s newest club, San Diego FC, recently revealing that they had held talks with De Bruyne’s agent about a potential move across the Atlantic.

“I talked to the agent,” the club’s sporting director Tyler Heaps told The Sun. “He’s a fantastic footballer and he loves this area. He goes on holidays here every single year.”

Heaps added, however, that De Bruyne’s hefty wage packet – which currently sees him earn £400,000 per week at City – would be a huge roadblock for any potential move.

“I’ll tell you what, those wages won’t fit our budget at the moment in terms of what his expectations are,” he said.

Man City reportedly make £90m+ bid for Simons

While De Bruyne’s future remains uncertain, it appears that City are already preparing for life without their talismanic midfielder next season.

According to a new report from Spain, Man City have already submitted a massive €110m (£92.5m) to RB Leipzig for the services of midfielder Xavi Simons, who they see as a potential replacement for De Bruyne.

The Spanish publication reports that City boss Pep Guardiola is keen to land Simons at all costs, and hopes the young Dutchman can be a key part of his project moving forward. Leipzig have not yet responded to the offer.

Simons joined Leipzig on a permanent deal from Paris Saint-Germain earlier this year, having initially joined the club on loan in 2023.nSince moving to the Red Bull Arena, Simons has been one of German football’s most outstanding players, scoring 18 goals and providing 19 assists in 68 games across all competitions.

The veteran of 103 Test caps last represented India at the World Test Championship final in June, and was not picked for the side’s tour of the West Indies, their first campaign of the new WTC cycle.”There have been ups and downs in the last few years and it tests you as a player because having played say more than 90 Test matches, when I got dropped, I still had to prove myself, I still had to prove that I belonged there. So I know if I score runs for the Indian team, most times we are on the winning side.”For the record, India have won 23 and lost just six of the 34 Test matches where Pujara has made at least one 70-plus score. For comparison, they have won 18 and lost 10 of the Tests in which Kohli has made 70-plus scores. Pujara said he enjoys the domestic grind, and not just because his runs keep him in contention for Tests.”I enjoy playing cricket for Sussex, so when I score runs here, it gets noticed back home,” Pujara said. “That is not the reason why I play for Sussex. I play for Sussex because I enjoy playing cricket here. But the amount of runs I score here or in domestic cricket back home, it always helps me getting back into the team.”Pujara, India’s eighth-highest run-scorer in Tests, also said he was better off now framing his focus around his game rather than selection. He also said he doesn’t want to be “just another selfish cricketer” who bats for their spot, insteading striving to remain a key match-winner for India in Tests.”In my cricketing career, I have been put under pressure so many times where I’ve lost my spot in the team. But you just try and play for the team. You don’t try and play for your spot,” Pujara said. “I would keep it very simple because if you play for your spot, you’re just another selfish cricketer who is just being there in the playing XI, playing for the spot but not contributing to the team.”If I am not good enough contributing to the team, I am happy sitting at home rather than scoring. As an example, If I get out on 20 or 30 it is not that as a batsman you get out [on purpose], but if you score another 20-30 more and end up scoring a fifty and India doesn’t go on and win the Test match, is that going to be helpful for the India team? No.”It might be helpful for me as an individual but I never have that thought process. I am someone who will think that I should be good enough to win games for the India team. Not just try to survive and be part of the playing XI. If you want to be in the team, you should want to make a difference. Not just be in the team.”

Desfalque certo no Allianz Parque é Danilo, que cumpre seu segundo jogo de suspensão após ser expulso diante do Atlético-MG, na semifinal. Em seu lugar, quem vai ficar com a vaga é Gabriel Menino, que já foi o substituo no duelo de ida, na Arena da Baixada.

Naquela oportunidade, além de Danilo, Gustavo Scarpa foi baixa por suspensão, igualmente por ter sido expulso diante do Galo. A dúvida foi grande em relação ao substituto do meia. López, Wesley e Bruno Tabata despontavam como os favoritos, mas o técnico português optou pelo centroavante argentino, que desperdiçou chance clara e acabou tendo uma atuação muito abaixo das expectativas.

Sem contar que, no mesmo jogo, Abel acabou perdendo Raphael Veiga, com entorse no tornozelo direito. O camisa 23 foi substituído por Bruno Tabata, que não foi tão mal quanto López, mas também não brilhou, deixando o torcedor palmeirense preocupado com as reposições para seus principais jogadores da equipe titular.

Agora, para a partida no Allianz, Scarpa volta e impede mais uma dor de cabeça para o treinador que, por outro lado, não sabe se poderá contar com o retorno de Veiga, que ficou fora do embate com o Red Bull Bragantino, no último sábado. A tendência era de que o meia não estivesse à disposição, mas ele apareceu treinando com os companheiros em uma foto do treino da última segunda-feira.

Esse fato acabou deixando os torcedores esperançosos de uma possível volta, mas oficialmente o Verdão não deu informações sobre a condição física do jogador. Ao mesmo tempo, a indefinição cria uma dúvida também do outro lado do confronto, que ficará sem saber quem poderá ou não atuar naquela posição vital para o time.

Novamente, caso Veiga não possa mesmo atuar, os nomes para entrar nessa vaga são vários. López desponta como favorito, uma vez que foi essa a opção em Curitiba quando Scarpa foi desfalque, mas Tabata também pode ser lembrado, já que foi ele quem substituiu o camisa 23 na Arena da Baixada. Além dos dois, Wesley aparece como candidato, o que deixaria o time bastante veloz no setor de ataque.

ويقود تشابي ألونسو ريال مدريد كمدير فني في الموسم الجديد، حيث تولى المهمة خلفًا للإيطالي كارلو أنشيلوتي مدرب البرازيل الحالي.

وبحسب إذاعة “COPE” الإسبانية، فإن وضع روديجر سيخضع للتقييم بناءً على مستواه الفني خلال الموسم الجديد، بعد تعافيه من الإصابة التي أثرت بشكل كبير على مشاركته في موسم 2024-2025.

روديجر، الذي يُعد من الركائز الدفاعية للفريق، خاض أغلب مباريات الموسم الماضي وهو يعاني من مشاكل مزمنة في الركبة، قبل أن يخضع لعملية جراحية غاب على إثرها قرابة شهرين، ليعود للمشاركة في كأس العالم للأندية، دون أن يقدم أداءً مقنعًا في البطولة التي أقيمت بالولايات المتحدة.

وتشير التقارير إلى أن اللاعب يعاني أيضًا من التهاب مفاصل في الركبة، وهو ما يُثير قلق الطاقم الطبي والإداري في النادي.

ورغم مناقشة فكرة تمديد عقده لعام إضافي، إلا أن الإدارة قررت تأجيل الحسم لحين تقييم مستواه في الموسم المقبل.

على الجانب الآخر، يبدو أن مستقبل ديفيد ألابا يسير في اتجاه مختلف، إذ أوضحت التقارير أن ريال مدريد لا ينوي تقديم عرض جديد للمدافع النمساوي، بل وقد يكون منفتحًا على رحيله خلال فترة الانتقالات الحالية، في حال وصول عرض مناسب ورغبة اللاعب في المغادرة.

ويعاني ألابا، أحد أعلى اللاعبين أجرًا في الفريق، من سجل طويل من الإصابات في الفترة الأخيرة، أبرزها تمزق في الرباط الصليبي في ديسمبر 2023، ثم انتكاسة جديدة، مما جعله يتراجع في ترتيب الخيارات الدفاعية خلف ميليتاو، روديجر، دين هويسن، وراؤول أسينسيو.

Em entrevista para a TV oficial do Verdão, o volante falou da importância de Abel Ferreira e de toda a comissão técnica para a renovação contratual e revelou ansiedade para voltar a jogar logo.

– Primeiramente agradecer ao Palmeiras, ao professor Abel que me deu mais uma vez a oportunidade de seguir com esse grupo maravilhoso. Estou muito feliz, ansioso para poder voltar a fazer o que eu mais gosto e ajudar os meus companheiros – disse o volante.

Contratado no início deste ano, Jailson estava livre no mercado e foi um dos reforços para a temporada.Seu desempenho chamou a atenção da comissão técnica desde as primeira partidas, por se tratar de um jogador com características que o elenco não dispunha. A intenção de prorrogar o vínculo já existia naquele momento.

No entanto, o volante acabou rompendo os ligamentos cruzados do joelho direito durante um treino na Academia de Futebol e precisou passar por cirurgia, que o deixa longe dos gramados há cinco meses. Ele segue seu tratamento junto ao Núcleo de Saúde e Performance.

– O meu começo foi muito bom, pude ajudar e contribuir trabalhando no dia a dia. Agora a expectativa é grande para que o Palmeiras possa conquistar esse título brasileiro que tanto merecemos por tudo que temos feito na temporada. É se dedicar ao máximo até o final.

Versátil, o jogador de 26 anos chegou ao Palmeiras em janeiro e disputou 20 jogos, sendo 11 deles como titular, com um gol e uma assistência no período, atuando também como zagueiro. No período, ele ajudou o time a conquistar a Recopa e o Paulistão deste ano.

– Graças a Deus está sendo uma recuperação muito boa. A gente conseguiu evoluir muito bem, estamos na fase final. Estou ansioso para poder voltar a treinar com o grupo e quem sabe no finalzinho jogar alguns jogos – finalizou Jailson.

Pelo tempo de recuperação, é improvável que ele retorne aos jogos ainda em 2022. Somando isso ao pedido da comissão técnica pela permanência do jogador, o Palmeiras e o estafe do atleta entraram em acordo para prorrogar o vínculo por mais um ano, até 2023.

Com isso, Jailson deve iniciar a próxima temporada e já integrado ao elenco, sendo um reforço para uma posição carente, que não teve reposição desde a sua lesão e a saída de Patrick de Paula.
