O estilo de jogo que o português tenta (ou pelo menos pretende) implementar no Alvinegro ainda não foi “comprado” por todos os jogadores. Isso não diz respeito à “corpo mole” ou algo que venha de extra-campo.

A questão vem das características dentro das quatro linhas. Boa parte do elenco não tem sinergia com aquilo que Luís Castro pretende implementar até aqui. O resultado é um Botafogo pouco coeso, com dificuldade para se impor no ataque e na defesa, com consequente presenta na zona de rebaixamento do Brasileirão no momento.

Luís Castro, por sua vez, parece não abandonar as próprias convicções. Diante do cenário já conhecido de que o elenco não oferece o contexto mais favorável quanto ao que ele imagina como ideal, o português ainda tenta fazer a equipe jogar da maneira que ele considera como total. Pressão alta, criação com toques curtos e intensidade. Não dá certo. Não deu certo contra o Avaí, por exemplo.

O enxuto elenco também dá poucas opções para o português continuar realizando esse tipo de ação. A promessa é de uma agitada janela de transferências, mas até lá o contexto não é de perfeição para nenhum dos lados. Uma parte da corda precisa ceder, o que ainda não aconteceu.

ويعد شيكابالا أحد أكثر اللاعبين تأثيرًا في تاريخ الزمالك خلال العقود الأخيرة، حيث ساهم في التتويج بعدد كبير من البطولات، كما ارتبط اسمه بجماهير القلعة البيضاء لسنوات طويلة بفضل مهاراته العالية وروحه القتالية ومواقفه داخل وخارج الملعب.

ومن المنتظر أن يُحسم ملف مستقبل شيكابالا مع الزمالك خلال الفترة المُقبلة، سواء باستكمال عقده أو اتخاذ قرار بالاعتزال، في وقت يتمنى فيه الكثير من أنصار الفريق أن تكون نهاية مشواره الكروي بقميص القلعة البيضاء.

Bahawalpur Royals carved their name on the inaugural Pakistan Junior League (PJL) trophy by beating Gwadar Sharks by 86 runs in the final, in Lahore on Friday. Shawaiz Irfan smashed 79 off just 32 deliveries and Tayyab Arif hit a quick fifty to set the platform for an imposing total of 225. In the chase, Sharks were bowled out for 139, thanks to Mohammad Zeeshan and Nangeyalia Kharote’ three wicket-hauls.Sharks won the toss and elected to bowl, but the decision backfired. The damage inflicted by Irfan, Arif, Basit Ali and Kharote was massive for Sharks. While Arif made a 34-ball 56, Kharote remained unbeaten on 47 off 30 balls to help the Imran Tahir-mentored side post the highest total of the season.The Lahore-born Shawaiz, who was promoted up the batting order, was crowned Player of the Match after he thumped the fastest half-century of the tournament. His innings had seven fours and six sixes. His glovework has also been impressive throughout the PJL, drawing praise from Rashid Latif as well.Sharks never got a sniff while bowling as Arif and Afghanistani southpaw Kharote teed off and added 87 runs for the third wicket. But as the season progresses it means the summer transfer window is getting ever closer and those high up at Anfield must already have their eyes there, as they have some big decisions to make over key players.

One player whose future is up in the air is of course Mohamed Salah, and Liverpool are being linked with a move for Lamine Yamal, which would be quite a shock but possible due to Barcelona’s financial difficulties, which will force them to sell at least one or two key men this summer.

It’s been reported that Liverpool are “above all” the other Premier League teams in the race to sign Yamal, but face competition from Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, who are also watching on.

The Reds are among the teams who are dreaming of signing the 17-year-old at the end of the season, but Barcelona have no plans to sell their superstar if they don’t absolutely have to.

Mas o que faltou ao Tricolor ante o lanterna? Para Ceni, a resposta é bem óbvia.

-Sendo bem objetivo, faltou o gol. As oportunidades claras que nós criamos, acho que nunca tivemos tantas oportunidade de gol como hoje, duas mais claras dentro da pequena área, mas infelizmente não se transformou em gol aquilo que nós criamos, especialmente, no segundo tempo quando nós colocamos alguns jogadores que a gente segurou por causa do cansaço mesmo, arriscamos bastante no segundo tempo para jogar quase que mano a mano para termos essas oportunidades. Infelizmente, não fomos felizes no dia de hoje.

-Hoje nós tivemos oportunidade de todas maneiras, por baixo, pelo alto, bola parada, bola rolando, tabelas, triangulações, de cabeça. Assim, em matéria de opções de jogo nós trocamos, começamos numa linha de quatro e resolvemos arriscar quando foi passando o tempo colocando o Calleri, dando 45 minutos de descanso para ele. Colocando um time cada vez mais ofensivo, cada vez correndo mais riscos atrás. Jogamos praticamente todo segundo tempo jogando em 1 pra 1. As alterações que podiam ser feitas foram colocadas em prática, eu lamento mesmo porque, independente do adversário, dominamos o jogo.

– Tivemos bem menos oportunidades na quinta-feira e ganhamos de um time que é bem superior. Futebol é isso, o gol é imponderável, você não controla. A bola sobra na pequena área e uma infelicidade, o Miranda acaba chutando fora do gol. Fora tantas outras jogadas que fizemos pelo lado do campo, fizemos alguns cruzamentos em acesso. Se você olhar os números do jogo você vai perguntar como não ganhamos o jogo. Esses são os dias ruins que temos que conviver, mas, como um todo, em matéria de volume e repertório fizemos tudo que era possível – completou o comandante são-paulino.

فان دايك البالغ من العمر 33 عامًا، وقع عقدًا جديدًا لمدة عامين مع ليفربول في أبريل الماضي، وسيبقى حتى نهاية موسم 2026/2027.

وسُئل فان دايك عن خطته لإنهاء مسيرته، وتحدث في تصريحات نشرتها صحيفة “ديلي ميل” البريطانية.

وعما إذا كان سيفكر في العودة إلى الدوري الهولندي، رد فان دايك: “لا، للأسف لا، أنا واضح تمامًا بشأن ذلك”.

وأضاف: “لن أعود إلى هولندا، بدأت هنا وكان ذلك مهمًا جدًا بالنسبة لي، أنا واضح تمامًا بشأن عدم رغبتي في العودة إلى الدوري الهولندي”.

وأتم: “أنا فخور جدًا بمسيرتي حتى الآن، وأعتقد أن إنهاء مسيرتي في الدوري الهولندي ليس خيارًا مطروحًا”.

ويستعد فان دايك لمباراة مع منتخب بلاده هوندا أمام مالطا، غدًا الثلاثاء في التصفيات المؤهلة لكأس العالم 2026.

علق حازم إمام نجم الزمالك السابق، على موقف تمسك محمود حسن تريزيجيه بتسديد ركلة الجزاء التي حصل عليها أحمد سيد زيزو خلال مباراة الأهلي وإنتر ميامي في افتتاح كأس العالم للأندية، والتي أضاعها في نهاية المطاف.

وأوضح: “هذه الأمور تكون واضحة قبل المباراة، المدير الفني يكلف اللاعبين المنوط بهم تسديد الكرات الثابتة، واضح إن وسام أبو علي كان رقم واحد، لأنه أراد أن يُسدد الكرة، لكن أوقات اللاعب يشعر أنه (جامد وفايق) وتريزيجيه كان كذلك، هذه الأمور تحدث، لكن تعامل المدرب بعد المباراة ورد فعله هو من سيحدد بعد ذلك من سيسدد، بالتأكيد سيتخذ موقفًا”.

واختتم: “طالما هناك ترتيب في التسديد لا بد الالتزام به، وهذا يُظهر قوة وشخصية المدير الفني، وسام أبو علي لم يتمسك بموقفه ويأخذ الكرة من تريزيجيه لأن الأخير نجم كبير وقائد الفريق”.

Com o espaço para negociações no exterior iniciado desde o início do mês, o Timão já perdeu algumas peças, como Gustavo Mantuan, Ivan e João Victor. Os dois primeiros foram emprestados para o Zenit, da Rússia, até junho do ano que vem. O terceiro teve os 55% dos direitos que pertenciam ao clube alvinegro negociado com o Benfica por cerca de 7 milhões de euros (R$ 38,2 mi, na cotação atual).

A ideia é que o Time do Povo não perca mais atletas, pelo menos da ‘prateleira de cima’. Nomes como Adson e Du Queiroz são monitorados por times europeus, mas nesse momento são vistos pelo técnico Vítor Pereira como fundamentais. A direção garante ao treinador que esses jogadores só não serão segurados em casos de uma proposta irrecusável, o que não deve acontecer nesse período do marcado.

Até mesmo Gustavo Mantuan teve a sua liberação resistida inicialmente pelo treinador português. Vítor precisou ser convencido pela contrapartida do negócio, que foi a chegada do atacante Yuri Alberto, também por empréstimo até junho de 2023. South Africa’s six venues for the SA20 will be required to ensure they have an electricity supply independent of the national power utility to keep the lights on for the duration of the tournament.South Africa experienced its worst power cuts in 2022, with more than 200 days affected by interruptions to the electricity supply. It is expected to get worse in 2023.As things currently stand, the country is on Stage 2 (of eight) of its rotational power cuts, which leaves areas without electricity for two-and-a-half hours a day. At its worst, as recently as December 2022, Stage 6 blackouts were in force, with electricity cuts of up to 11 hours a day in some areas. While Cricket South Africa (CSA) were forced to change some domestic day-night matches to day games, the SA20, whose six teams are all owned by IPL frachise owners, is being televised around the world and its start times (1.30pm and 5.30pm local time) cannot be moved. To accommodate for any potential interruptions, the stadiums for the SA20 are required to rent generators to keep the floodlights, changing room lights, and lights in the stands and around the ground, including the bathrooms, on.Related

The cost of renting generators for the five home games that each team will play can be as much as R2 million per stadium (US$ 117,000 approx.) and will come out of their hosting fees. Each stadium will be paid R850,000 (US$ 50,000 approx.) in hosting fees per match, plus an additional R220,000 (US$ 13,000 approx.) for other costs. For most grounds, this amount covers their logistical expenses, including electricity.The Wanderers in Johannesburg, because of its size, is an exception. While the ground has built-in generators and will only spend money on fuel, it costs them more than R1 million (US$ 58,000 approx.) to host a T20 match. The shortfall will be paid by the SA20 itself and ESPNcricinfo understands the stadium will only just break even over the course of the tournament. Smaller stadiums, such as Paarl’s Boland Park, will fare better as their operating costs are lower. The other four stadiums – SuperSport Park, Kingsmead, Newlands and St George’s Park – fall within the range between Johannesburg and Paarl, and are all expected to make a profit, even if small, from hosting the SA20.The financial benefit for the stadiums is different to what CSA, who are shareholders in the SA20, can expect to make overall. Despite initially predicting it would take five years for the league to turn a profit, the sale of broadcast rights around the world and acquisition of major sponsorships means that the SA20 will make money from its first year. What is not known is whether the shareholders will choose to distribute the money immediately as it is made, or wait for another few cycles. CSA may not initially have any windfall from the tournament and insiders are predicting another difficult financial year for South African cricket.In November, CSA reported a loss of R198 million (US$ 11.65 million approx.) despite hosting India last summer. The tour did not include four scheduled T20Is, which severely impacted CSA’s coffers. This summer is expected to be much leaner, with only ODIs against England, a full tour by West Indies, and ODIs against Netherlands on the schedule. The South Africa men’s team and all three of the domestic competitions remain unsponsored.
